Aleesha Young established herself as a top female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family back in 1984. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won the NPC USA Championships. Her first year of competition that was 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing in the 9th place race. She maintained a ninth-place finish for 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016, in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving since then, won her very debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after taking the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance came in 2020. Her finish was fourth. However, the "World's toughest mother" had to stop her training due to her health.
