As we approach the spring of 2020, we will still be uncertain about the future of the Rotary relationship between members. It is clear, however that our hands-to-face ritual remains a part of the routine. Rotary has changed. There is still a level of uncertainty moving through summer 2021. It is yet to be determined if the human connections that Rotary participants valued in the past will continue. While the traditional 'hands in face space' will undoubtedly continue to be a component of our program, it's clear that trust is growing and more face-to-face connections occur. Rotary, however, has changed. Rotary has evolved. In addition to our meetings that are online for business meetings but we have reintroduced the social aspect and services with a more secure face-to-face form. We've taken these new opportunities, and have combined them with the best of our pre-pandemic habits to make an exciting new direction for Rotary! It was encouraging to learn that 75 percent of Rotary clubs intend to keep their "business regular" actions. In the summer months there have been a lot of Rotary members were out with their families and friends, working on various projects including river and beach clean-ups, litter removal and beach cleanups. As proud as I am to see that Rotary continues to be a part of the Rotary Centre is continuing to help various community-based projects that help the participants of Rotary and keep them safe, compliance and Insurance is essential. Our Rotary members have managed to find innovative and creative solutions to the biggest challenges. That's why I was so elated to get the chance to be a part of Rotary when I joined in the year 2002. Like so many Rotary members, it has given me a strong trustworthy community of fellow members who have formed genuine relationships been formed over the last twenty years.
