Helena Christina Mattsson (born 30th March 1984) was born in Stockholm Sweden. Sophia is her sibling and also an actor. Her most well-known role is for her role as Sasha Gilmore, in General Hospital. Cecilia is another sister, who is an artist and is a painter. Helena was brought up at home in Stockholm. She completed her studies at a Performance Arts High School. Then she moved to London to continue studying acting. When she graduated, she went to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment sector.
