Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American television and model. Burns began her career on television in 1995 when she played Peg the Spanish-American teenager in the sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns joined the cast of the action drama series Baywatch in 1998. She later starred in Baywatch's second rendition Baywatch: Hawaii until she was forced to leave the show because of her first pregnancy. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American model, actress and TV star. She is most famous for playing Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. Her most well-known role is her role in the popular and commercially successful film Shallow Hal which was released in 2001. Between 1995 and 1996, she starred as Peg as a character supporting in the Spanish-American television show Out of the Blue.
